exterior
EQA is the name of the new entry-level model to the all-electric world of Mercedes-EQ vehicles. The electro-aesthetics of its design are symbolic to the Advanced Luxury of the Mercedes-EQ brand. A close relation to the EQA is the GLA, a very successful member of the compact car family from Mercedes-Benz and it is equally expected the EQA will follow in the GLA’s successful footsteps, with its thrilling characteristics combined with an efficient electric powertrain.
Visually, the EQA has a typical Mercedes-Benz EQ front-end design with black panel grille and star, a distinctive fibre-optic strip running along the front and rear and typical EQ blue headlamp strips.
INTERIOR
Then the inside delivers further electric character with a batrim element and rosé gold-coloured decorative trim on the ventilation outlets, seats and the key.
The Edition 1 special model will be equipped with perforated leather seats, through which blue fabric can be seen. Additionally, the instruments, with their electric car-specific displays, pick up on the same colour scheme with rose gold and blue coloured highlights.
The seating position is high and upright, as is typical for an SUV – ensuring it’s not only comfortable for getting in and out, but also good in terms of all-round visibility.

To deliver the best or nothing, safety must come first with Mercedes-Benz. The EQA therefore is a true Mercedes-Benz when it comes to safety.
